Evacuation Procedures

This form should be posted in numerous areas within the lab.

In Case of Fire

In case of a fire, locate the nearest fire alarm and activate the alarm.  Next dial 9-1-1 and calmly state the nature of the emergency, your name, phone number and location.  Emergency personnel will be dispatched to the area of the emergency immediately...
